Each is handmade and the hammer pounded metal edge is reminiscent of the original meteorite blades. An extremely sharp knife, with an attached stainless steel bolster. This knife has weight, and is heavily constructed for years of use. This knife holds an edge and is a perfect companion for our Santoku Paring Knife
